Frenchie Puppy needs surgery now!

Sheeba is an 8 month old puppy that needs surgery for a rectal prolapse, treatment her family cannot afford. Her mom said, "I would like to thank you for considering helping me out with my situation. This has been a very hard year, I started nursing school in March and will be finished this coming March so finances have been very limited... not much further to go until I can get my license and provide a much better future for my family. We got Sheeba our puppy 4 months ago and she has brought so much joy and healing for us. When she prolapsed we were very concerned and I scheduled an appointment with the vet. After her appointment today and learning that she needs a procedure immediately to correct this issue I was crushed knowing I’m not able to afford what she needs done. The vet said if I were to let it go she could develop an infection or sepsis and we could lose her which would be absolutely devastating.
